URW: Xavier Niel raises stake above 25% threshold

(CercleFinance.com) - French billionaire businessman Xavier Niel has informed the AMF that on 16 May, through the intermediary of SAS Rock Investment and NJJ Market, which he controls, he had exceeded the thresholds of 25% of Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) and now indirectly holds 27.
07% of its capital and voting rights.

These thresholds were crossed as the result of an OTC purchase of shares in the commercial real estate group. Rock Investment has declared that it has crossed the same thresholds individually.

Seems a good move - the share is up over 3.5% this afternoon.
