Rubis: AGM decides to pay dividend of E1.75

(CercleFinance.com) - Storage company Rubis' AGM of 11 June 2020 decided to pay a dividend of 1.
75 euro per ordinary share and 0.87 euro per preference share.

Each ordinary shareholder may choose between the dividend's payment in either cash or new shares in the company, while, preference shareholders may only receive a cash dividend without the possibility of opting for a payment in shares.

A maximum of 4,698,686 new shares may be issued, representing about 4.68% of the group's capital and voting rights on the day of the AGM.

The price of new shares issued as dividends to ordinary shareholders has been set at 37.37 euros (Rubis shares closed at 43.58 euros on Thursday).
