Soitec: board appoints new CEO

(CercleFinance.com) - Soitec has announced that its Board of Directors has chosen Pierre Barnabé to succeed Paul Boudre as Chief Executive Officer.


Pierre Barnabé will join the Group on 1 May 2022 as a member of the Board of Directors and will work closely with Paul Boudre until the Annual General Meeting in July 2022, when he will take up his position as Chief Executive Officer.

Pierre Barnabé comes from the Atos Group where he has been Senior Executive Vice-President of Big Data and Cybersecurity since 2015.
