Europcar: tender offer opens on 26 November

(CercleFinance.com) - The AMF has announced that the public tender offer for Europcar Mobility Group shares, filed by Bank of America Europe DAC (France branch) and BNP Paribas on behalf of Green Mobility Holding, will open on 26 November.


The closing date will be set after the AMF has received evidence of the European Commission's merger control clearance (a condition precedent stipulated by the bidder).

For the record, Green Mobility Holding irrevocably undertakes to acquire all of the existing shares, with the exception of treasury shares, at a unit price of 0.50 euro, i.e. a total of 5,007,087,758 shares representing 99.83% of Europcar's capital.
