SPIE: 'contemplates' E600m bond offering

(CercleFinance.com) - On Tuesday, SPIE group announced that it “contemplates” a 7-year bond offering of 600 million euros.


“The net proceeds from the issuance of the bonds will be used to partially refinance the existing senior credit facility of the Group. This refinancing would also enable SPIE to extend the average maturity of its debt,” the group said.
