Worldline: E1bn bond issue

(CercleFinance.com) - Worldline announces the placement of two senior unsecured bond tranches of 500 million euros each: respectively maturing in three years, with a coupon of 0.
500% and a return of 0.528%, and seven years, with a coupon of 0.875% and a return of 0.980%. 

The transactional services group states that this issue will contribute to pre-financing the Ingenico acquisition project and/or its general funding needs. Settlement-delivery will occur on 30 June.

The bonds are expected to be rated BBB by S&P Global Ratings - in line with the company's credit rating. They will be issued under a recently signed EMTN program and will be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
