McPhy Energy: a new, better-adapted organization
(CercleFinance.com) - On Tuesday, McPhy announced a new organization as part of its recent refocusing on the manufacture of electrolyzers.
The specialist in hydrogen production and distribution equipment, which this year withdrew from refueling stations, last night unveiled a nine-member executive committee, including its CEO Jean-Baptiste Lucas.
Bertrand Amelot, appointed Director of Business Development, will be responsible for leading a team dedicated to international development outside Europe.
Alexander Picco, in addition to his duties as Projects Director, will also take responsibility for the after-sales operational business.
McPhy says it has also appointed Nouchine Humbert as Director of Sales and Strategy, a position which will see her work with Jean-Baptiste Lucas on strategy.
Finally, Laëtitia Peyrat - who previously held the position of General Counsel and Secretary to the Board of Directors - has been appointed Corporate Secretary, a position that includes communications, public affairs, intellectual property and CSR.
Quoted in a press release, McPhy CEO Jean-Baptiste Lucas justifies this reorganization by the need to adapt to market developments and customer demands.
I am convinced that this new structure will enable McPhy to achieve rapid and sustainable results in the face of today's market demands", he emphasized.
Listed on the Paris Bourse, McPhy shares were down slightly (-0.5%) on Tuesday morning following these announcements.
