GTT: favourable decision by Seoul High Court

(CercleFinance.com) - At the weekend GTT (GazTransport & Technigaz) announced that the High Court in Seoul, South Korea, decided to suspend the effect of the decision of the Korean Competition Authority (KFTC) on 6 January.


"Decision, which requires that GTT allow those Korean shipyards which would so request to perform all or part of the technical assistance services currently included in the technology license," the French engineering company said.

The specialist in membrane containment systems for LNG added that the High Court's decision is currently being reviewed by the Supreme Court of Korea, following the appeal lodged by the KFTC on 14 January.
