Fnac Darty: raises FY 2021 outlook

(CercleFinance.com) - Multimedia and electrical retail group Fnac Darty has reported H1 2021 revenue of 3,465 million euros, up 21.
6% as reported (+21.3% LFL) compared to H1 2020.

EBITDA reached 210 million euros, up 92 million euros compared to H1 2020. Underlying operating profit amounted to 34 million euros in H1 2021, up by 92 million euros from H1 2020.

H1 2021 net income, group share from continuing operations increased 77 million euros, reaching 30.5 million euros in H1 2021.

The company has raised its 2021 outlook, now expecting sales growth of nearly 5% compared to 2020 and underlying operating income of 260 to 270 million euros, i.e. equivalent to 2019 pro-forma underlying operating income, excluding ticketing.
