Fnac Darty: reports H1 2020 net loss of E76.7m

(CercleFinance.com) - Fnac Darty reported H1 2020 sales of 2,849 million euros, down 8% on a reported basis and down 10% like-for-like compared with H1 2019.


In June, the Group reported a 21% like-for-like increase in sales, of which 25% was in France and Switzerland.

It made a net loss, group share of 76.7 million euros in H1, excluding discontinued operations. The net loss from continuing activities decreased from -46 million euros to -79.7 million euros in H1 2020.

Free cash flow from operations, excluding IFRS 16, was -503 million euros at the end of June 2020, down over the half year.
