Fnac Darty: completes partnership with CTS Eventim

(CercleFinance.com) - Fnac Darty announced on Thursday evening that it has completed its strategic partnership with CTS Eventim, the European leader in ticketing.


Thanks to this partnership, France Billet will be able to count on the technological innovations of CTS Eventim, enabling it to accelerate the development of its digital platform and enrich its value proposition towards its customers and partners, the group said.

Meanwhile, CTS Eventim will take a minority stake (48%) in the capital of France Billet. After a four-year period, CTS Eventim could increase this to a majority stake. "Fnac Darty wants to hold a long-term stake in France Billet's capital, as this is a strategic asset for the group, it added.
