Suez: appoints new executive committee

(CercleFinance.com) - Suez announces the appointment, by its new Chief Executive Officer, Bertrand Camus, of a new Executive Committee, to assist him in the operational management and implementation of the strategic orientations determined by the Board of Directors.


The committee will also be responsible for finalising and implementing the new "Suez 2030" business plan intended to steer the utilities group to conquer new opportunities for profitable and sustainable growth.

As such, Julian Waldron is joining Suez as CFO as from 15 May and will bring his experience obtained in major international industrial groups. The committee will have eight members, in addition to its CEO.
