Scor: AGM behind closed doors, with no dividend to be paid

(CercleFinance.com) - The reinsurer Scor has said that, in the current context of the Covid-19 pandemic, its Board of Directors has decided that its combined general meeting of 16 June will be held behind closed doors, without the physical presence of shareholders.


The Board has also decided not to propose a dividend for the past fiscal year at this meeting not to distribute and to appropriate the entire result of this fiscal year to distributable reserves.

For the record, at its meeting on 26 February, the Board decided to propose to the Annual General Meeting, which was initially scheduled for 17 April, the payment of a dividend of 1.80 euro gross per share for 2019.
