Scor: estimates total hurricane cost at $95bn.

(CercleFinance.com) - Scor currently estimates that the total cost for the private insurance market of Hurricane Harvey, Irma, Maria, as well as the earthquakes that have hit Mexico, is expected to reach 95 billion dollars.


Scor estimates the cost of these events over the third quarter of 2017 at 430 million euros after retrocession and tax.

The group's solvency ratio remains solid and is in the upper part of the optimal zone; its dividend policy remains unchanged and share buyback program has been maintained.
