Legrand: dividend approved at AGM

(CercleFinance.com) - Legrand says that its AGM has approved the payment of a dividend of 1.
34 euro per share for 2018 (against 1.26 euro for 2017).
The dividend detachment date will be 3 June, with a payment on 5 June.

The meeting also approved the appointment of Michel Landel, as an independent director, for a period of four years, it being specified that the Board of Directors approved his appointment as a member of the nominations and governance committee.

As a result, out of a total of eleven members (including one director representing employees), the Board is now made up of eight independent directors - five women and five nationalities (German, American, Spanish, French and Italian).
