Alstom: Q3 sales up 6%

(CercleFinance.com) - Alstom has announced booking 1.
7 billion euros in new orders in Q3 2017/18, up from 1 billion euros in the same period last year, with sales up 6% (+8% on a like-for-like basis) at 1.8 billion euros.

Over the first nine months of 2017/18, the group's order intake for transport reached 4.9 billion euros, with sales reaching 5.5 billion euros, up 6% (both in gross and organic terms).

Alstom has confirmed that its revenues should grow by 5% in organic terms each year and that its adjusted operating margin should reach around 7% by 2020. From 2020, it expects around 100% of its net profit to be converted into free cash flow.
