Nexity: early redemption of 2023 OCEANE bonds

(CercleFinance.com) - Nexity has announced that, following the offer to repurchase the OCEANE 2023 bonds (bonds convertible into new shares and/or exchangeable for existing shares) on 13 April, the total number of outstanding OCEANE 2023 bonds represents less than 15% of the number initially issued, and that it will therefore proceed with the early redemption of these bonds.


The early redemption date is scheduled for 31 May at 64.30 euros plus interest accrued from 1 January 2021 to this early redemption date, representing a total price of 64.33 euros per 2023 OCEANE.

Holders of OCEANE 2023 bonds may exercise their right to receive shares until the seventh business day (inclusive) preceding the early redemption date, i.e. until 19 May (inclusive).

Nexity shares are just underwater in early trading on Friday (about -0.3%), pretty much a mirror image of the slightly positive CAC 40.
