Gecina: three new responsible loan agreements

(CercleFinance.com) - Gecina announces three new responsible loan agreements with BNP Paribas, Natixis and Société Générale totaling 660 million euros.
These facilities are based on either new bank lines or the transformation of conventional bank lines into responsible credit lines.

Combined with the lines set up in 2018 with ING France and Crédit Agricole CIB, the volume of responsible loans now amounts to 910 million euros, representing over 20% of the real estate group's bank line portfolio.

The financial terms of these loan agreements will be indexed against the Group's corporate social responsibility (CSR) performance, evaluated on the basis of changes in key indicators used by Gecina.
