Bureau Veritas: successful bond issue

(CercleFinance.com) - Bureau Veritas announces a successful 500 million euro unrated bond issue maturing in January 2027, with a coupon of 1.
125%: the final order book amounted to over 1.9 billion euros, with around 150 different investors.

This high level of oversubscription - almost four times - has enabled Bureau Veritas to reduce the cost of bonds to a level below the prices originally announced, the specialist in tests, inspection and certification said.

This placement enables Bureau Veritas to benefit from attractive market conditions for its general needs, and in particular to bring forward the refinancing of some of its maturities while extending the average maturity of its debt and optimisng its cost.
