Iliad: AGM to be held on 21 July

(CercleFinance.com) - Iliad has said that its board of directors has decided that its combined general meeting for shareholders, initially scheduled for 20 May, will be held on 21 July at its headquarters in Paris (8th district), and that, exceptionally, it will be held behind closed doors.


The parent company of telecom operator Free says that its board of directors has decided to propose a dividend of 2.60 euros per share to the general meeting, a dividend that will be paid on 29 July, with a detachment date of 27 July.
