Orange: starts repurchase offer on Business & Decision

(CercleFinance.com) - The AMF announces that the public repurchase offer for Business & Décision shares, filed by Portzamparc on behalf of Orange Business Services, will be open from 29 May to 8 July inclusive.


On behalf of the bidder, Oddo BHF will acquire on the market, the shares that will be tendered to the offer, on the basis of a purchase order at the offer price for all the shares not held by Orange Business Services.

In addition, the following squeeze-out is scheduled to take place on 13 July 2020 after the publication of the result notice and implementation of the squeeze-out by the AMF.
