Orange: agreement for acquisition of Securelink

(CercleFinance.com) - Orange announces that it has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares of the Dutch company SecureLink for a total enterprise value of 515 million euros, so as to strengthen its leadership in European cybersecurity.


With revenues of 248 million euros in 2018, as well as a strong presence on the Nordic, Belgian, Dutch, German and British markets, SecureLink is one of the largest independent players in cybersecurity services in Europe.

"Acquisition establishes Orange as a leader in the European cybersecurity industry, with more than E600m PF revenues in 2018 and on-the-ground presences in 8 European countries representing 75% of the market," Orange said.
