Orange: makes a bond issue

(CercleFinance.com) - After trading yesterday Orange announced that it has borrowed one billion euros on the bond market, for 10 years (maturity in March 2028), with a coupon of 1.
375%.

Barclays, ING, Natixis and UniCredit have acted as co-lead agents.

Thanks to this issue, the incumbent operator in France is continuing with the cautious and active management of its balance sheet.
