Renault: expands collaboration with Qualcomm

(CercleFinance.com) - Renault and Qualcomm Technologies have announced plans to expand their collaboration to digitalise the automotive experience.


Renault Group will work with Qualcomm Technologies to leverage the Snapdragon® Digital Chassis TM to equip upcoming Renault vehicles with the latest connected and smart solutions for its next generation vehicles.

These solutions include automotive connectivity including 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, vehicle-to-everything (V2X), digital cockpits and displays that transform the in-vehicle consumer experience and interaction, all levels of driver assistance and a Car2Cloud services platform for terminal-level feature management, over-the-air updates, SIM connectivity and subscription services.
