Renault: presents transformation plan

(CercleFinance.com) - Renault has presented its draft transformation plan, which aims to save more than two billion euros over three years, laying the foundations for a new competitiveness, including adjustments to its workforce.


This adjustment plan, which involves retraining, internal mobility and voluntary redundancies, will be spread over three years and concerns almost 4,600 jobs in France, to which would be added another 10,000 plus jobs in the rest of the world.

The car maker will present its plan to employee representative bodies, in accordance with regulations in force. It will cost an estimated 1.2 billion euros to implement.
