Eramet: new E300m bond issue

(CercleFinance.com) - Late on Thursday Eramet announced a successful cash repurchase offer launched on 4 November 2019 for its 525 million euro bond loan, bearing 4.
50% interest and maturing in November 2020.

Following this transaction, nominal outstanding bonds total 233.5 million euros.

The group also announced the issue of a new euro-denominated bond amounting to 300 million euros and maturing on 21 May 2025. This bond strain has a coupon of 5.875%.

The operations will extend the average maturities of the group's debt.
