Eramet: holds 63.9% of Mineral Deposits Limited's capital

(CercleFinance.com) - Eramet has announced that it now holds 63.
87% of Mineral Deposits Limited's (MDL) capital as part of its (unconditional) tender offer, the close of which has been extended until 7 pm (Sydney time) on 24 July, under reserve of a new extension.

MDL's Board of Directors also unanimously recommended that the company's shareholders accept the offer. All of its directors intend to accept the offer by tendering the shares they hold.

The offer will enable Eramet to globally consolidate TiZir, the joint venture between MDL and Eramet, which conducts an integrated activity in the field of mineralised sands (titanium dioxide and zircon) in Senegal and Norway.
