BNP Paribas: B* Capital merges with Portzamparc

(CercleFinance.com) - BNP Paribas announces that as from 2 Septembern B* capital is merging with its stockbroking subsidiary Portzamparc.


Both companies are merging under a single brand name, "Portzamparc," with a logo that shows that it belongs to the BNP Paribas group.

Portzamparc is now positioned as a key player in France in supporting private clients and SME-ETI which invest or raise funds on the stock market, along with institutional investors which manage Mid & Small caps assets, the group said.

With 180 employees and locations in Paris, Nantes, Lyon and Marseille, Portzamparc is thereby strengthening its position, BNP Paribas added.
