BNP Paribas: initiative for large corporate clients

(CercleFinance.com) - BNP Paribas has announced that Thierry Varène, member of the Executive Committee and delegate-general for large corporate clients from 2014, has been given the responsibility for a group initiative to strengthen its relations with BNP Paribas' large corporate clients in Europe.


The Bank emphasizes that it has advised a large number of companies, financial institutions and governments in large mergers and acquisitions of major operations, which have led to the creation of European and French leaders.

Thierry Varène has also been responsible for many deals in the capital markets (IPOs, privatisations, capital increases, bond issues and various other fundraising operations).
