Société Générale: new general management team formed

(CercleFinance.com) - Société Générale has announced the establishment of its new general management team, headed by its CEO Slawomir Krupa, including two deputy CEOs, Philippe Aymerich and Pierre Palmieri, as well as a newly created executive committee.


The management aims to continue developing the banking group, by contributing in a determined and responsible manner to the aims of sustainable development. A strategic and financial roadmap will be presented on 18 September.

The compan says that it has defined three priority objectives: the efficient allocation and use of capital, the quality of execution of the long-term roadmap, and the structural improvement of operational performance and profitability.
