Publicis: dividend approved at AGM

(CercleFinance.com) - Publicis Groupe announces that its combined general meeting, where holders of over 70% of the capital were present or represented, has approved the payment of a dividend of 2.
12 euros per share, which is up 6%.

The dividend's payment may be made, either in new shares at a price of 46.39 euros each, or in cash. The cash payment of the dividend and the delivery of new shares will take place on 23 July.

The Supervisory Board welcomes three independent members who are newly elected by AGM for a period of four years. They are Antonella Mei-Pochtler, Suzan LeVine and Enrico Letta. The Board now has 13 members, including one representing employees.
