Publicis: progress in funding of Epsilon acquisition

(CercleFinance.com) - Publicis Groupe announces that it has made significant progress in financing the proposed acquisition of Epsilon announced on 14 April.

Subject to customary regulatory approvals, it is still expected to be finalised in the third quarter of 2019.

The total amount of the acquisition is secured by a fully subscribed acquisition loan, of which the group intends to refinance a portion through a medium-term loan, operations for which the syndication processes is now considered virtually closed.

In this context, Publicis has also decided to renew its revolving credit facility. It also considers that the syndication process of this facility is virtually closed, subject to the finalisation of the applicable legal documentation.
