Eiffage: an innovative training program launched with Expectra

(CercleFinance.com) - Eiffage Energie Systèmes has announced the inauguration, in conjunction with Expectra, a subsidiary of the Randstad human resources group, of an innovative training program designed to prepare students for the job of design office technician for very high voltage lines.


This training, which did not exist in academic courses, meets the growing recruitment needs required by the development of very-high-voltage power grids throughout France", explains the group.

Whereas the 'classic' training course was based on a three-year apprenticeship, the new course is a 12-month sandwich course, enabling candidates to join Eiffage Énergie Systèmes directly, on an open-ended contract.
