Eiffage: in exclusive talks with Migné Group

(CercleFinance.com) - Eiffage has announced that it has entered into exclusive negotiations with the holding company of Migné Group for the acquisition of its quarries and mining work companies, located in the Vendée and in the Deux-Sèvres regions in France.


The Group's 2017 sales reached almost 40 million euros. Its quarrying operations produced 2.2 million tonnes in 2017.

The deal is expected to be finalised on 30 September 2018. On that date, Eiffage will hold 49% of the Migné group's quarries, before then taking exclusive control of them.
