Lagardere: AlphaValue upgrades stock, remaining cautious

(CercleFinance.com) - After adjusting its forecasts, AlphaValue has edged up its target price for the Lagardère share from 17.
8 euros to 18.2 euros.

At the same time, the analyst has revised his rating on the stock from "sell" to "reduce," therefore remaining somewhat cautious.

"We reiterate our cautious stance and still expect high volatility going forward, with trends likely to remain mostly driven by speculative appeal," the broker says, which nevertheless is counting on a recovery in 2021 and 2022, boosted by the hope for a (Covid-19) vaccine.

The market too seems to be detecting an inkling of hope, with the share up over 5% to almost 20.5 euros at lunchtime on Wednesday.
