Lagardère: E500m bond issue

(CercleFinance.com) - Lagardère announced on Wednesday that it has placed bonds totalling 500 million euros that will mature in seven years' time, i.
e. in October 2026.

They have an annual coupon of 2.125%.

"This new bond issue will enable Lagardère to extend the average maturity of its debt profile and to maintain its liquidity," the group said.
