Vivendi: favourable ruling from Court of Milan

(CercleFinance.com) - Vivendi has announced the Court of Milan's decision, which recognizes its right to participate and vote as a shareholder, for up to 9.
99% of the voting rights, at Mediaset's extraordinary general meeting on 4 September.

At this meeting, the French entertainment group intends to vote against the proposed merger of Mediaset into Media for Europe (MFE), having assessed the rights, or lack thereof, that minority shareholders (notably Vivendi), would have under the proposed MFE bylaws.
