Vinci: contract in Germany

(CercleFinance.com) - Vinci Energies has signed a PPP for the modernisation and operation of the Niederberg Bürgerforum ("Citizens' Forum") with the German city of Velbert (North Rhine-Westphalia).


The first phase of the project entails renovating, extending and elevating the building to transform it into a modern, multi-purpose venue.

The work, amounting to 44 million euros, will start in the autumn of 2020 and will end in the first quarter of 2023.

The partnership will continue through the operation of the building until 2048, for another 32 million euros.
