Vinci: Oddo remains neutral but expects a good 2020

(CercleFinance.com) - On Thursday an Oddo BHF analyst confirms his "neutral" rating on the Vinci share, although expects "a good year" for the group.


There arer hardly any clouds in the sky this year, the broker says, after the publication of sound 2019 results, Vinci's management has been fairly confident about the outlook for 2020, despite a comparison basis that is becoming more difficult at most of its businesses. The group anticipates further growth in motorway traffic "in line with GDP growth". Although there will be a complicated base effect in Q4 2020, the start of the year should offer very solid growth, due to the continuation of SNCF strikes in January and the impact of the leap year, the broker says.

Oddo BHF confirms its target price of 103 euros for the share, pretty much the same as its current price.
