Capgemini: successfully migrates Louisiana Pacific to AWS

(CercleFinance.com) - Capgemini announces that in just four months it has migrated the SAP environment of Louisiana Pacific Corporation (LP), a Nashville, Tennessee-based leading building solutions company, to Amazon Web Services (AWS).


"Louisiana Pacific, a leading building solutions company, expects the AWS environment will help it to easily scale production with demand, operate more efficiently and better serve its customers while saving $5 million over five years," Capgemini said.

This project is part of a five-year, 11 million dollar contract that was signed with LP in July 2017. Capgemini provides BASIS and security services for its entire SAP technology suite, as well as SAP support services.
