Saint-Gobain: appointment of future CEO to board approved
(CercleFinance.com) - Saint-Gobain has said that its combined general meeting, which was held behind closed doors on Thursday, approved all resolutions, including the appointment of Benoit Bazin, future CEO as of 1 July, as a new director.
