Plastic Omnium: partner of MissionH24 project

(CercleFinance.com) - On the eve of the 2020 Le Mans 24 Hours, Plastic Omnium has announced that it will become a partner in MissionH24, a project developed jointly by the Automobile Club de l'Ouest and GreenGT, a Franco-Swiss group specialising in electric-hydrogen propulsion systems.


MissionH24 aims to create a category dedicated to electric-hydrogen prototypes at the 24 Hours of Le Mans 2024, in which Plastic Omnium will be the exclusive supplier of gaseous hydrogen storage systems for all the teams.

To reach this objective, it will equip the racing prototypes developed by MissionH24 with hydrogen storage until 2024, which will serve as a test bench for the technologies to be deployed on cars in competition from 2024 onwards.
