Veolia: record subscription rate for Sequoia 2024

(CercleFinance.com) - Veolia announces that its Sequoia 2024 operation, offered to 179,000 employees in 54 countries, has been subscribed to by nearly 80,000 employees, representing a subscription rate close to 45%, the highest ever recorded by the public services group.


The amount invested, around 356 million euros including leverage, results in the issue of 14,504.094 new shares, i.e. 2% of the share capital, bringing the total number of Veolia shares in circulation to 740,652,608.

Employees have also strengthened their position as Veolia's largest shareholder, holding more than 9% of its capital to date, 'testifying to the support of the group's employees for the new objectives set out in the GreenUp 24-27 strategic plan'.
