Schneider Electric: strengthens partnership with Carlyle

(CercleFinance.com) - Schneider Electric announces that it is strengthening its partnership with the Carlyle investment group in order to develop new innovative infrastructure projects that meet the growing demand for sustainable investment in services and critical assets.


They will focus on providing connected and efficient critical assets, combining Carlyle's expertise in investment and infrastructure management with Schneider Electric's smart energy management and automation solutions.

The partnership strengthens an existing strategic alliance between both companies to deploy large-scale micro-networks, based on a customer adoption model of Energy as a Service (EaaS).
