Klépierre: raises NCCF per share target for 2022
(CercleFinance.com) - On announcing its H1 results, Klépierre has raised its net current cash flow (NCCF) target to at least 2.
45 euros per share for 2022, up 5.4% compared to the middle of its initial target.
For H1 2022, the retail estate company posted a NCCF of 1.32 euro per share, up 83.7% year-on-year, and an EPRA NTA per share of 30.60 euros, with the value of its portfolio pretty much stable.
Klépierre has also announced a 66.7% LFL increase in net rental income compared with 2021, as well as solid rental activity, with a positive reversion of 2.7% and an occupancy rate that has improved year-on-year to 94.7%.
