EssilorLuxottica: interim dividend and changes in management

(CercleFinance.com) - EssilorLuxottica has announced an interim dividend of 1.
15 euro per share for fiscal year 2020, and that Hubert Sagnières has decided to leave his executive functions within the group and its subsidiaries, while remaining non-executive vice-chairman.

To ensure compliance with the principle of balance of power within the Franco-Italian optical group, Leonardo Del Vecchio is voluntarily stepping down from his executive responsibilities in EssilorLuxottica, although remains non-executive chairman.

Until the AGM of 2021 executive powers are entrusted to Francesco Milleri and Paul du Saillant, who are respectively appointed CEO and deputy CEO.
