Peugeot: PSA Retail France adopts 'phygital' processes

The new approach is designed to meet the needs of clients every day of the week; six days with the physical presence of staff and a digital service on Sundays.
Through this work organisation, clients can be welcomed within the 140 outlets of PSA Retail in France from Monday to Saturday, while on Sundays, a digital "presence" will ensure business continues: treatment, follow-up of prospects and online orders via a specialised platform.
