Peugeot: shareholder meetings for merger in January

(CercleFinance.com) - Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) and Peugeot have announced that they have both decided to convene their respective shareholder meetings on Monday, 4 January 2021, with a view to approving their merger deal to enable the new Stellantis to be created.


The agenda and draft resolutions to be voted on by shareholders, and the terms for participation in these meetings, will be announced on 23 November and be available for consultation on the companies' websites.

"Shareholders of the two companies are invited to consult the website of their respective company to obtain current information on the procedures for participating in these meetings," they said.
