Citroën: market share up 0.2 point in September

( - Citroën has outperformed its market in September in PC (Passenger Cars) (+18.
8% vs. market of +16.6%). The brand posted a gain of 0.2 point gain in its market share (10.8%) compared to September 2018.

Since the beginning of the year, Citroën is thus the only car brand to win over a 1-point share of the French PC market (+1.2 pt) and the only French generalist brand to report growth - and even, with PC registrations up 10.8%, the car maker that has the strongest growth amongst the 10 most sold car brands in France, the group said.

These strong performances underscore the success of the Citroën product offensive, including the C3, the 2nd best-selling PC in France in September, the C3 Aircross SUV, the 3rd best-selling B-segment SUV in France and the new C5 Aircross SUV, the 2nd best selling C-segment SUV in France.
