Thales: BlackRock cuts stake to below 5%

(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of its clients and funds under its management, has informed the AMF that on 10 December it cut its stake in Thales' capital to below the threshold of 5% of voting rights and that, on behalf of the said clients and funds, it now holds 4.
90% of the group's capital and 3.40% of its voting rights.

The crossing of this threshold results from a restitution of Thales shares held as collateral.
